Bay West Development purchased 6.1 acres of land near the West Dublin BART Station. Entitlements were obtained for 313 market rate apartment units and 17,000 square feet of ground floor retail on Dublin Blvd. An adjacent piece of land was sold to an affordable developer to fulfill an affordable requirement with the entitlements.

The Project was delivered in two phases with the first coming online in July 2017.
