Bay West Development purchased a 0.46-acre site in the Uptown District of Downtown Oakland. An additional floor was added to the design of the project and Bay West was successful in procuring additional density required to increase the project size from 69 to 80 units.

The Project was delivered in July 2017 and was the first multifamily project delivered in Downtown Oakland this cycle.
