Bay West Development purchased 4.6 acres of land on Bascom Avenue in Campbell directly across the street from Whole Foods and down the street from The Pruneyard. Bay West proceeded to re-entitle an approved project to take advantage of an increased density, increasing apartment units from 123 to 168. The Project also has 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

The Project was the first new multifamily project delivered in Campbell in 20 years and set the bar for quality in the submarket.
