Bay West Development purchased the 128,000 square foot drug/pharmacy anchored Shopping Center from a local family on an off-market basis. The Property has since been remeasured to increase the rentable square footage and has undergone an extensive exterior renovation.

Successful existing tenants have been relocated within the center to more efficient spaces and Bay West is working to re-tenant the remaining vacancies.
